Michael and Alexandra of the Henry Team are fantastic. They recently sold my home for over-asking, which in this current market is a difficult feat to accomplish. Alex and Mike are amazing - I highly recommend!!! We landed a beautiful house in our dream neighborhood (Little Italy) at ASKING price - how insane is that in this hot market, especially in downtown Toronto! They were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and guided us through each step of the way. We've seen around 30 houses and made 6 offers, not only were they patient but they were very honest about the houses and pointed out potential issues or red flags which we appreciated as first time home owners. Having a real-estate duo has so many benefits - for example, Mike showing us the houses while Alex drafting the paper-work in parallel if we found something we loved (again we were in the hottest Toronto market May-June 2021). Overall, it was a great experience and can't recommend them enough.
